Moving to IG PRO SIM Hub

If you bought Doha Hamad on simMarket, nothing changes for you except how downloads and updates arrive: they now come through IG PRO SIM Hub instead of zip files. Your serial is the same, there is nothing to pay, and your airport keeps working meanwhile.

Three steps

  1. Get IG PRO SIM Hub (free) from the Microsoft Store and open it. Details here.
  2. Enter the serial from your simMarket order email and click Activate. The Hub recognises it.
  3. Choose your X-Plane 12 folder and click Install. The Hub updates your airport, the library and the Add-on Pack to the current version.

That's it. From then on, updates are one click.

Questions you might have

Does my old serial still work?

Yes. The same serial from your simMarket order works in the Hub. You don't get a new one.

Do I have to pay anything?

No. Moving to the Hub is free, and all updates for the airport you own are free. The Hub itself is free.

What about the old download page?

All downloads and updates now come through IG PRO SIM Hub. If you installed from a zip before, the Hub simply replaces it with the current version.

I'm on macOS or Linux.

IG PRO SIM Hub is Windows only for now. On macOS or Linux? Email support@igprosim.com with your serial and we'll send you your download link.

Will the Hub delete my current install?

It replaces the airport and library folders with the current version. Your other sceneries and your X-Plane settings are not touched.

I have a new PC.

Install the Hub on the new PC, enter your serial and choose to move the licence. A couple of moves are included; if you run out, write to us.

Something went wrong.

Write to support@igprosim.com with your serial and what the Hub showed. We answer within a day or two.
