Refund policy

Our products are digital downloads. Once a copy is downloaded it can't be returned, so refunds are handled as described below. In every case, please write to support@igprosim.com first: most problems are solved quickly.
Purchases on simMarket
If you bought through simMarket, simMarket's own refund policy applies and refunds are handled by simMarket. Contact them through your simMarket account. We'll help on the technical side if needed.
Direct purchases on igprosim.com
For purchases made directly on igprosim.com (processed by our payment partner Paddle), you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- the product does not work on your system and our support was not able to fix it, or
- you bought the same product twice by mistake.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please include your order number. Refunds are not given simply because you changed your mind after downloading, or for problems caused by third-party add-ons or unsupported simulator versions.
