These terms apply to the igprosim.com website and to all IG PRO SIM products (airport scenery, libraries, add-ons and software for X-Plane 12). By buying or using an IG PRO SIM product you agree to them.

1. Who we are

IG PRO SIM is the flight simulation division of International Group (IG), Egypt, which owns this website and its products. Contact: support@igprosim.com.

2. Licence

IG PRO SIM products are digital add-on content (airport scenery, libraries and small helper apps) for the X-Plane 12 flight simulator. When you buy an IG PRO SIM product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it for your own, non-commercial flight simulation. You may install it on the computers you personally use. You may not sell, rent, lend, share, upload or redistribute the product or any part of it, remove or change any copyright notices, or use its files in other products.

3. Serials and downloads

Each copy is prepared individually for its owner and tied to a serial. Keep your serial private. Copies found shared publicly can be disabled. Your product and the IGTEI Airport Library are installed through the IG PRO SIM Hub app with your serial (macOS and Linux users receive a download link by email).

4. Updates

Updates to a product you own are free. We release them when they are ready and we don't promise dates. Add-ons sold separately are separate products.

5. Intellectual property

All models, textures, code and texts in IG PRO SIM products are the property of International Group (IG) and protected by copyright. Airport and airline names are used descriptively only. IG PRO SIM is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airport, airline or Laminar Research.

6. Warranty and liability

We test our products carefully, but they are provided "as is". We don't guarantee that they will work with every hardware configuration, add-on or future simulator version. To the extent permitted by law, International Group (IG) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

7. Purchases

Purchases are processed by the reseller you buy from (for example simMarket) or, for direct purchases on igprosim.com, by our payment partner Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Their terms apply to the payment itself. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
